Adriana Lange, LCPC
Working in the mental health field is a profound calling for me, driven by a commitment to help individuals navigate their struggles and find pathways to healing. Witnessing the transformative power of support and understanding inspires me every day. I believe that mental health is a fundamental aspect of overall well-being, and I am passionate about fostering environments where people feel safe to explore their emotions and confront their challenges. The opportunity to empower others, facilitate meaningful conversations, and contribute to a culture of acceptance and resilience is what motivates me to dedicate my career to this vital field.
Over the past five years, I have gained extensive experience in working with individuals facing substance use disorders, ADHD, anxiety, depression, and various life transitions. This journey has involved providing compassionate and evidence-based therapeutic interventions tailored to each client’s unique needs. I have developed skills in facilitating both individual, family and group therapy sessions, empowering clients to explore the underlying issues contributing to their challenges while equipping them with coping strategies to navigate their struggles. My work has underscored the importance of building a strong therapeutic alliance, fostering resilience, and promoting holistic well-being through integrated approaches that address both mental health and personal growth.
